These terms apply to your use of the website siiswell.com (“the website”), published by siiswell.com (“we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. The software and its licences

siiswell is open-source software. Your use of the software is governed by its licences, not by these terms: the server and web page under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 only (AGPL-3.0-only), the client (CLI, bridge and shared client code) under the Apache License 2.0. A commercial licence for the server is available on request: license@siiswell.com. Contributions are accepted under the project's Contributor License Agreement.

2. Using the website

• You may read, link to and share the website's content for any lawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure.
• The website's text and images are © siiswell.com unless stated otherwise; code samples on it may be used under the software's licences.

3. Names and logos

“siiswell”, the tagline “SI is well, I am well” and the siiswell logo identify this project. You may use them to refer to the project. Do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse your product or service, or for a modified version that you distribute under the same name, without our written permission.

4. Not medical advice

siiswell's well-being features count events and times with fixed rules. They are not a medical device and do not give medical, psychological or health advice. If you are concerned about your health, talk to a qualified professional.

5. No warranty

The website and the software are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. The software's licences contain their own warranty disclaimers. Cost figures shown by the software are estimates based on public price lists, not bills.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the website or the software. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may link to third-party sites and refers to third-party products (for example AI agents and hosting providers). We are not responsible for their content or terms. Product names belong to their owners.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
